How it works

Six platforms in. One decision out.

Collection runs four times a day; analysis classifies severity and drafts the recommendation before anyone opens a dashboard.

Why this exists

Right now, this job is a person with a spreadsheet.

Most teams we meet already do all of this. They do it on Sunday morning, by hand, for six brands instead of 135 — and the answer is a week old by the time it reaches the person who can act on it.

The jobBy hand todayWith Social Hub
Market price checkSomeone opens eight retail sites and copies prices into a sheet. Realistically a few dozen SKUs, once a week.58,000+ products, four passes a day, with the change and the previous value kept side by side.
Menu and item changesNoticed by accident, usually when a customer mentions it.Every add, removal and price move on a tracked menu, with the item named.
Market campaignsWhoever happens to follow them on Instagram sees it in their feed.Posting cadence and engagement across 135 targets, ranked by what moved.
Customer repliesFour apps, four phones, no record of who said what. One inbox across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat, with the full history on the customer.
The monthly reportTwo days of copy-paste, out of date on delivery.Scheduled, bilingual, generated from the same figures the alerts came from.

The comparison that matters is not Social Hub against another tool. It is Social Hub against the Sunday morning.

Coverage

Where the numbers come from.

No survey panels and no estimates. Every figure on a Social Hub screen traces back to a page that was actually fetched, with a timestamp you can open.

The reply side of the same platform. One inbox, one customer record, whichever channel they arrived on.

Social Hub collects only publicly visible information and holds no scraped personal data. Collection respects each source's published rate limits; when a source blocks a pass, the affected figures are shown as stale with the time of the last good read rather than silently carried forward.

Proof

Ask for the reference before you ask for the price.

Kuwait is a small market and reputations travel. We will put you on a call with a customer in your own category — not a curated quote, an actual operator who will tell you what is annoying about us too.

Reference call

Talk to a customer before you talk to us.

Tell us your category and we will introduce you to an operator running Social Hub in it. We do not join the call. Ask them what breaks, what we were slow to fix, and whether they would buy it again.

Signals

You should not have to open the dashboard to find out.

Every number the platform collects can carry a threshold. When one is crossed, the alert goes to the person who can act on it — not to a shared address nobody reads.

CRITICALA basket item dropped 12% at two sources4 min ago
WARNINGNegative-sentiment mentions crossed your threshold19 min ago
INFOAn out-of-stock item returned in your category1 hr ago
01

Thresholds you set

Percentage moves, absolute prices, stock state, mention volume, sentiment, response time. Per item, per source, per branch.

02

Routed, not broadcast

A price signal goes to commercial, a sentiment signal to the social lead, a response-time signal to the inbox owner. Each with its own quiet hours.

03

Where they land

In-app, email, or a WhatsApp message to the person on shift. The alert carries the reading, the source and the timestamp that produced it.

Signals are deduplicated before they are sent: a price that oscillates across a threshold four times in an hour produces one alert with the range, not four alerts. Alert fatigue is the failure mode that kills monitoring tools, so the default settings are deliberately quiet.

Demand

Price is half the story. Demand is the other half.

Everyone can read a price tag. Social Hub reads what happens next — which items people search, save, comment on and ask about — and puts that on the same axes as what you charge.

Illustrative data · prices in KWD

The board answers the question a price table cannot: am I cheap for a reason? Sitting low on price and low on demand is not a win — it is a category that stopped caring.

Demand signal is built from public search interest, post engagement on the item, review volume and inbox question frequency — the last one from your own conversations, never anyone else's.

01

Rising before it peaks

Items whose demand slope turns up while price is still flat across the category — the window where a change actually moves volume.

02

Dead stock, early

The mirror case. Sustained demand decay on a line you are still discounting, flagged before the quarter closes on it.

03

Questions as a signal

The same product asked about twelve times this week in your inbox is a demand reading, and it is one only you can see.

Demand scores are relative, not absolute: they rank items against your own catalogue and category over time, and they carry the same timestamp and source trail as every price on the platform. No panel data, no modelled estimates.

CRM

One record per customer

Every conversation, order reference, branch visit and past complaint attaches to a single contact — merged across WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat by number and handle. Segment it, export it, act on it.

Automation

Flows that end in a human

Keyword and intent routing, business-hours replies, order and booking flows, feedback collection. Each flow has an explicit hand-off point, and the transcript carries over.

Agents

Conversations route by branch, language or skill. Response and resolution time per agent, per shift — with a first-response clock visible while the customer is still waiting.

Broadcast

Template-approved campaigns to opted-in segments, sent in batches with delivery and read reporting, and a hard stop on anyone who opted out.

Publishing

Then you publish, in the same place you were reading.

Watching the market and answering customers is only useful if you can act. Social Hub schedules and publishes to all six platforms, with Arabic and English side by side in one composer and approvals before anything goes out.

Write the Arabic and the English together, see both previews per platform, and catch the RTL line break before your audience does.

02

Approval that is not email

Drafts route to a reviewer with the caption, the creative and the scheduled slot in one view. Nothing publishes without a name against it.

03

Assisted, not automated

Draft captions, translations and reply suggestions are generated from your own tone and past posts — and every one lands as a draft a person has to send.

Publishing uses each platform's official business API. Scheduled posts that a platform rejects come back to the calendar with the platform's own error text, not a generic failure — and the slot stays visible so it can be re-cut rather than silently lost.

The whole platform

Six pillars. Every feature listed.

Every feature has its own page in the product guide, in English and Arabic.

And the parts nobody puts on a landing page.

The administrative surface decides whether a tool survives its second month. Ours is built for multi-branch groups and for agencies running several brands from one login.

AI

Ask your data a question. Get the answer and its receipts.

The AI here is not a black box writing you a paragraph. Every answer names the figures it used, where they came from and when they were read — and when it does not have enough, it says so.

You

Why did home appliances soften last week?

Social Hub

Three things showed up in your data over the last seven days:

  1. Market low on the 5L air fryer dropped 9% on Monday. Your price has not moved in 17 days.
  2. Inbox questions asking "when is it back?" rose 40% on the robot vacuum — a stock signal, not a price one.
  3. Instagram publishing paused for four days after two posts were rejected on aspect ratio.

Ask

In your own language

Type the question in Arabic or English across every dataset you have — prices, conversations, posts, reports — without learning a query language.

Summarise

A brief that finds you

A weekly or daily brief written from your own data, delivered to email or WhatsApp, at the length you set, with its numbers attached.

Draft

A draft, never a decision

Captions, replies and translations arrive as drafts in your own tone. A person always presses send.

No model is trained on your data or your customers’ conversations, and nothing leaves the GCC region for AI processing. When an answer has no support in your data it says “I don’t know” rather than guessing — that is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation we are hiding.

Trust

Your customer conversations are the most sensitive data you own.

So the answers here are specific. If any of them changes, it changes in the contract, not quietly on this page.

Residency
Data stays in the GCC

Application and database run in GCC regions. Backups stay in region. No production data is copied to another jurisdiction for support, analytics or model training.

Collection
Public sources only

Market figures come from publicly visible pages. Social Hub holds no scraped personal data — the only personal data on the platform is your own customers', given to you by them in your own channels.

Encryption
In transit and at rest

TLS 1.2+ on every connection, AES-256 at rest, and encrypted backups. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook connections use each platform's official business API with tokens you can revoke from your own account.

Access
Least privilege, logged

Role-based permissions scoped by brand and branch, optional single sign-on, and an audit log of every export, permission change and deletion. Support staff cannot read your conversations without an access grant you issue and can end.

Retention
You set the clock

Conversation and contact retention is configurable per workspace. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days across primary storage and backups, and you can export everything first.

Exit
No hostage data

Full export of contacts, conversations and reports in Excel or CSV at any time, on any plan, without asking us. Closing an account deletes production data within 30 days.

A current subprocessor list and the data-processing agreement are available before signature, not after. Ask on the first call and you will have both the same day.

Pricing

Billed in every GCC currency, plus the dollar.

Seven currencies, monthly or yearly, two catalogues — plans and limits come from the backend.

Questions we get asked.

Social Hub is an all-in-one platform for retail brands in Kuwait and the GCC. It tracks competitor prices across retail websites, monitors competitor social media, gives you a unified inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok conversations, and surfaces AI-powered alerts and weekly reports.

We support every major Kuwait electronics and home retail website our customers ask for, plus Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp Business via the official Meta API. New sources are added on request.

No. You add competitor handles and product URLs from a simple admin panel, connect your Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business accounts via official OAuth, and the platform takes over. Most teams are live within an hour.

Generic SMM tools focus only on publishing and inbox. Social Hub adds retail price tracking, competitor catalog monitoring, AI demand intelligence, Price Guard for ad-vs-store mismatches and a customer-conversation inbox built around the official WhatsApp Business API — purpose-built for retail brands in the GCC.

Yes. The full UI ships in English and Arabic, and the AI sentiment, demand intelligence and reports work natively in both languages including Kuwaiti dialect.

You add the competitor product URLs you want to watch. We crawl them daily, store full price history, and send instant alerts when a price drops, a discount appears, or stock changes. You can compare any product side-by-side with your own catalog.

Yes. We connect through your verified WhatsApp Business Account so you keep your number, run approved message templates, send segmented broadcasts and never risk a personal-number ban.

Tiered subscription plans . Pricing scales with the number of competitors tracked, social accounts connected and team seats. See the pricing section above for the live plan list and what each tier includes.

All data is stored on managed infrastructure in the GCC, encrypted at rest and in transit. Your competitor data, customer conversations and reports are never shared with third parties or used to train external models.

Yes. There is no minimum commitment — cancel any time from your billing settings and you keep access through the end of the paid period.

Yes. The Restaurant module tracks competitor menus, prices and offers from delivery platforms, includes a dedicated Pricing Lab, and ships an "Ask AI" assistant tuned for restaurant operations — for F&B brands and agencies serving them.

Yes. Every workspace can mint API tokens, hit documented REST endpoints (Scribe API docs included), and subscribe to outbound webhooks for events like new posts, price changes and inbox messages — so your data warehouse and BI dashboards stay in sync.

Yes. The platform is built around branches and departments — each branch can have its own social accounts, agents, SLAs and reports, and agencies can manage multiple client workspaces from one login.

Content Studio combines AI-generated post ideas (informed by competitor activity and trending demand in your market) with a drag-and-drop content calendar to plan and schedule across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok in EN and AR.

Macros run multi-step workflows on a conversation in one click — for example tag, assign, send a templated reply and log a note. Auto-reply rules trigger on keywords, intents or first-message scenarios and work across all connected channels.
